The address is: 105 Mountain Spring Drive, Boerne, TX 78006. GPS is difficult to navigate when near the property. Once you are on Walnut Grove Road, make a LEFT at this sign. You will be on Mountain Spring Drive. Turn LEFT at the very first driveway: Enter through the gate above and find a parking spot near the main housing area. Walk onto the property through this walkway. Keep walking to the right just past the building o the right and you will see this large patio area. Underneath the canopy, enter the turquoise door.
